My love for real estate started young, as my Dad's best friend was a realtor. I was attracted to the opportunity of being an entrepreneur, serving the community and not having a financial ceiling. I started as the Director of Marketing for the Luxury Home Division for 12 years until I made the move to real estate sales. I was mentored by Top Producers to learn their systems and discipline that transformed each transactional relationship to a thriving and repeatable business model. My solution based approach and ability to connect, coach and follow up has been recipe for success. I Focus on recruiting talent.
